If you are unsatisfied with an item purchased from sndrproducts.com, we gladly accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item has not been used and the original products are packaged how they were received. Please use the form below to contact us and receive full instructions before returning your product back to us. You can expect a full refund on product(s) purchased minus a 3% credit card fee. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error in the original shipment. Returns will be refunded to your credit card within 7 to 14 days from the day we receive the returned gear. In some cases, it may take an additional 2 weeks to be visible on your credit card statement.

We strive to manufacture gear that will hold up to the relentless abuse of SNDRs. We'll cover the product for any problem that might occur due to a manufacturing defect. The standard warranty period is 2 year from the date of purchase, but we stand behind our product and will consider warranty issues past the standard 2 year term. Our top priority at SNDR is to get you back out there as soon as possible. 

We will not cover damage to your sled tunnel. Period.

If you have any issues with your products within our warranty period, we have you covered. Depending on what's happened, this could mean we send you parts free of charge, or complete replacement products. Did you tomahawk your sled into the trees first ride? Email us with your info and the situation, we will help get it resolved.

If you are the original purchaser of any SNDR product, but you are outside of our standard warranty, don't fret, email us with your information and the situation. If it is something we have identified as a manufacturing issue we will cover it. If it is impact related, email us with your information and the situation, we will get you a low cost crash replacement.
